As an Art Director at Mindbodygreen, I collaborated closely with the Creative Director to guide a small team of designers, photographers, and freelancers, ensuring all creative output aligned with brand standards. I partnered with production leads and editorial stakeholders to shape the visual direction of sponsored video and graphics content and acted as on-set art director to oversee execution. From concept to completion, I managed design deliverables across digital and branded campaigns, contributed to cross-functional strategy meetings, and art directed and styled photo shoots. I also identified and implemented improved creative workflows through regular team retrospectives.
