As Art Director at NBC News, specifically for TODAY.com, I led concept-driven art direction for editorial visuals across photography, illustration, and photo illustration. I oversaw the design and visual strategy for social media graphics, developed style guides from the ground up and streamlined workflows, and managed a cross-functional team of photo editors, photographers, and designers. I regularly commissioned and directed freelance talent, handling contracts and invoicing, and ensured seamless execution across multiple CMS and content platforms.
